Open Profile, then Settings, come tap Delete account. Confirm am, and we go sign you out for every device.
Delete your Suskii account
You fit delete your account any time, from the app or from the web. We no go charge you and you no need give reason.
For the web
Sign in to Suskii for web with the same phone number or email, open Settings, come choose Delete account.
You change your mind?
Sign in again before the delete date come choose Keep my account. Nothing go lost.
Wetin we go delete, and wetin we go keep
- After 30 days, we go erase your name, phone number, email address, trusted contacts and favourites, and nobody fit sign in to the account again.
- Records of jobs wey you do — payments, refunds, payouts, messages and proofs — go stay with those jobs as long as law and dispute rules require, without your contact details.
- Any job wey never finish, dispute wey still open, or money wey remain for your wallet, you must settle am first; the app go tell you if one dey block am.
You no get your phone number or email again? Contact support and we go confirm say na you.
